Ordering direct from the Publisher
If you would like to order directly from the publisher via telephone, fax or e-mail then please direct your book order to the Book Order Center. Please be ready to tell the operator the book’s title along with your name, address and phone number. Please be aware that the customer will bear the costs of delivery. We will enclose a transfer sheer with the shipment, with which you can transfer payment at a post office.
